Mostly likely yes it will. However, some recovery disks come with two options, one that erases everything on C %26amp; D, another that preserves D and erases C. If you are unsure, then you should back up your stuff to a CD-R disc or Flash drive prior to beginning the recovery. If your computer is not booting up however, then it is already too late to back up anything, so just call it all a loss and run the recovery.
