How can I delete items from my C drive?

I need to clean up my computer. When I do a search, it shows me many games that I have downloaded in my C drive. How can I delete them? I have emptied the Temp folder, but it doesn't seem to help.

How can I delete items from my C drive?
If you have a Windows system, go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, find the programs in the list and click "Change/Remove"

If they are not in the list, use Windows Explorer. Right-click on the Start button, and choose "Explore"
Reply:First, click the Start button on your bottom toolbar, then go to Settings %26gt;Control Panel %26gt; Add/Remove. Scroll the list in the Add/Remove window to see if any of them are listed. If so, just click once to highlight it, then click the Add/Remove button. Do that for each one listed.

Then, if they're still not all gone, click your "My Computer" icon, then click on C: drive. Find them there, and double-click to open each one and see if they have an uninstall icon in the program itself.

If not, the only way left is to find the program folder again and right-click it. This should give you a delete option (try the others first, though, to be sure they're completely removed...only do it this way if the first two ways don't work).
Reply:select them, then shift + del
Reply:If you had to install it, you can go to add/remove programs
Reply:on XP, go to Start, control panel, add/remove.

that's the best and safest way to remove games.
Reply:Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Then you can remove all the programs you don't want. Be careful not to remove the wrong thing. After your done go to c:\program files and remove the directories left over from the games you removed. Be very careful you do not delete directories you need.
Reply:When you empty the temp folder, only the temporary files created by programs will be deleted. To free up more space on your drive, you will have to uninstall the programs that you do not want. Assuming that you have Windows installed, go to Control Panel%26gt;Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs that you do not want.
Reply:You can go to your C drive and delete them manually, or you can go to add/remove programs in the control panel.
Reply:left click on the game then hit delete
Reply:Add/Remove will only delete the installed version of the game, you will need to delete the setup files by hand. Alternatively you can delete the game folders manually through Windows Explorer.

Reply:When Your Run That Search It Should Tell You The Location Of Those Files. Just Delete Them....Or Go To Control Panel And Then The Add/Remove Programs....If You Don't Know Enough To Find Them Maybe You Shouldn't Be Erasing Things Maybe...hmmm....
Reply:Go to "my computer" and click on "C" which is your c drive. There you will find your games.
Reply:You need to uninstall the games.
Reply:DO NOT ever delete anything from your C drive this will cause some programs not to work as some use the same folders.

Go to And and remove programs and delete them from there.

E
Reply:You could try deleting them off of Windows Explorer.
