My cpu is telling me that i cannot delete programs or go to control panel b/c of the effect on my cpu. How do i fix it? b/c it is causing my cpu to go very very slow and i do not want to buy a new computer if i don't need to.

reformat PC and install all the driver require to use your hardware. a quick and easy solution to new computer user.

Reply:Sorry but this does sound like a virus. You can't go to your own control panel??? That's just crazy. Can you run your virus scan?
Reply:Download CCleaner and use it. It has a built-in program remover.
