Can I delete the files in directory "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\Quarantine" without affecting anything else?

The subdirectory "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\Quarantine" has many files stored in it that I have no clue as to why they are there. There are many many .zip files in there too. It appears these are files quarantined by security checks, but nothing I can find tells me I can ever delete them. I don't need to store unnecessary files, especially ones that are security problems, even if they are quarantined.

Can I delete the files in directory "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\Quarantine" without affecting anything else?
Yes you can. No problems. Quarantined means that they aren't interacting with any other files anyway.
Reply:Yes you can.
Reply:These Quarantine files are where your infections that could not be removed are stored, so they do not spread onto your computer.
Reply:yeah you can, it is just a yahoo program

you can also download CCleaner,, it cleans up all kinds of crap, *( that is what is name is crap cleaner ) and makes your computer run better
Reply:Just do not remove them from the quarentined area!
