You can remove those temporary files on disk clean up on control panel without any worry, or if you want to download CCleaner much better, it will remove temporary Internet files, cookies, offline files and registry invalid files, which were left when you uninstall programs.
Reply:Please do it fast, else ur machine will go slower than a tortoise.

It will be better if u do with the internet option, on the tool bar of explorer

or from control panel-%26gt;internet option.
Reply:yep! it is. they're just temporary files. if you don't delete em they're jst gonna clog up ur pc. if u dnt wanna do it manually, try dowlnoading CleanUp! it automatically erases all temporary and useless files. saves u disk space too.
Reply:The Temp folder is used whenever you download a program from the Internet and choose to have it "Run" rather then "Save". As the files are only used during the initial install of the program, they can be deleted without affecting the program. However, should you ever need to repair or reinstall the program, you would have to re-download it.
Reply:yeah, you can delete those. but some of them will not be deleted as they will be in use by some programs. but you can delete the others
Reply:yes, its ok

the files in there are only temporary files stored from your web surfing. so its just gonna be pictures, other stuff which u dont need.
