Uninstall Programs, Delete unwanted files, run Disk Cleanup and Defrag...that should pretty much do it.
How do you clean out your (C) drive and delete things out your (C) drive.?
You need to be a little more specific about what you are trying to do. Do you want to completely clean off your C drive or just delete some specific files?
