A virus keeps shrinking my C drive. anytime I delete files from C: it re-partitions the space to D:?

It has been going on for at least a year. My C drive is down to 17M and D drive is up to 83M

The cleaning the virus may not fix the partition problem, so once you do the virus scan, I'd post again for help on partitioning - but you can do that with a 3d party program, or even one of the embeded Windows programs...but from the sounds of it, with only 100 megs total, I'd say you have an old computer, and probably an old version of Windows? Make sure you download a virus program that will work with the version of Windows you have.





If you do have XP, go to Control Panel --%26gt; Administrative Tools --%26gt; Computer Management --%26gt; Disk Management after you're done with the Virus scanning %26amp; cleaning.
