What are you looking for exactly?
Most people unless they are modifying for bigger cubes pretty much just leave the evap case assy in the car and remove the pump and lines out of the car.
If you can find a non-a/c mustang from that vintage for the case and heater core.. more power to you, but unless you want to dig around up north in canda, I don't think you'll find too many in the states anymore (case should be the same between v-6 and v-8
