tried to find files in my computer c drive messenger cant find anywhere how do i get ride of this bug virus?

i dont know if this will work or not but its worth a try, do another search like you did before but this time before you hit the search button click on the more advanced options just above the search button it should open a spot with 5 little box's in it check all of them but the last one then do the search, also where it says to look change it to my computer, this will search everything on your compueter even the hidden files. if it still does not find it let me know. james
