What software can i use for delete junks and unwanted files in c drive?

I install and uninstall and install and uninstall and now my space in c drive decrease not the same as before. I think it's like when i uninstall it they left junk stuff inside the c drive. I want to remove that. What can i do? what software can help me to delete junk files in c drive?

1.Install a software like system mechanic 6 or tune up utility 2006 to that for you .


and you can do manually in RUN line type %temp% a window will be open select all items in it and delete them .


Go to C drive then windows file find a folder with Perfechr name open it delete all items in it repeat this action every week .


go to windows file and delete folder the softwares you have uninstalled them already .Aso you can run drive cleaner in win XP :right click on it select properties in general tab click on drive clean to clean your drive .If you want more information contact me .
