Off the top of my head I belive that ac'97 is realtek(correct me if i'm wrong) You will have to go to their site and down load the driver.

I delete C-Media AC97 Audio Device so no sound,how to download back??
as well as checking realteks website you can go to www.driverguide.com and its free to download drivers to your hard drive as long as you register with a valid email address and a password. you can also order the driver on cd if you like.... i use this particular website a good deal in dealing with clean installs of os system on my customers computers. good luck.
