i cant delete them help me please before they see it on my hard drives. they located at c:/ and d:/ when you open a drives

Have you tried going to the install/uninstall page on your pc. Click start then click all programs, when the install/Uninstall page comes up, it will say wait until we list all programs. Then scroll down the list and when you see a name you want to remove, click the word remove or uninstall. this will take several minutes, but it will uninstall.
Reply:Download and update an anti-spyware scanner.
