Can I delete C:\Documents and Settings\Claudio\Configuración local\Temp?

I have a 20Gb C drive and that only file weights 5,5Gb. I've seen that there is a lot of names of almost everything I created in the last 2 years!!! I want to know if there's a safe way to do it.

Can I delete C:\Documents and Settings\Claudio\Configuración local\Temp?
Try this 1st.

Dbl click My Computer-%26gt;Right Click (C:) -%26gt; Properties -%26gt; General -%26gt; Disk Cleanup-%26gt; Select all the unwanted thingy (Select temporary files) -%26gt;OK

It will erase any unwanted files.

Then u can check on this folder again to see is this folder cleaned or not.

Your folder seem like my C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Temp (XP English Edition) If it is the same, then surely u can erase it.

Sorry! i don't know your Windows' language.

Reply:delete your temp files from you hard disk. by using Disk Clean up.

Steps to start Disk cleanup

1) Start 2) Programs 3) Accessories 4) System tools 5) Disk Clean up

click there and then select your C drive and click OK

A menu of 'disk cleanup' appears, select all the check boxes and click clean.

This will remove all your temporary files from your hard disk.

Else if you would like to remove some installed programs then you should use control panel to uninstall programs. you can do it from the add remove programs from the control panel.
